OPTION 1:

OWNER BUILDER:

Chameleon supplies and erects wall and roof panels on prepared footings (in accordance with our engineering drawings)

OPTION 2:

OWNER BUILDER:

Chameleon sub-contracts to you for Chameleon to:
a) Construct footings and slab and
b) Erect wall and roof panels

OPTION 3:

YOU AS THE OWNER:
Selects a licenced builder, either:
a) One of our preferred builders, or
b) The builder of your choice

Chameleon sub-contracts to the builder for Chameleon to:
a) Erect wall and roof panels

This two storey option would also be beneficial in known flood or cyclone risk areas – houses could be built with knowledge that the ground floor could or would be flooded, so when the time came, allow the water to pass through and once this has receded, hose down, bring the furniture back from upstairs and start living in it again. No need to replace walls.
