Owner Builders are known to save money in the construction of their own house. Here at Chameleon we embrace this concept and take it to the next level. If you are interested in building using our system we can offer all or part of the following services:-

Obtain your Owners Builders Licence through our contacts – a two day informal course.
Chameleon erects your walls and roofs only and then you either fit it out yourself or source the contractors to finish the house for you under your owner builders permit.
Chameleon erects your walls and roofs and then contracts the tradesmen to finish the house for you under your owner builders permit.

This two storey option would also be beneficial in known flood or cyclone risk areas – houses could be built with knowledge that the ground floor could or would be flooded, so when the time came, allow the water to pass through and once this has receded, hose down, bring the furniture back from upstairs and start living in it again. No need to replace walls.
